Since 2018 I have had the pleasure of working in the Communications Department for the company Aon Health Solutions. As a Communications Specialist, I use a wide set of skills to provide business clients with deliverables that assist employees during Benefits Open Enrollment. Some examples of clients I have designed for include Purdue, The Coca Cola Company, and Samsung.

As a Web Designer I'm practiced in coding with HTML5 and CSS3 to assist layout and design of Voluntary Benefits mobile responsive websites and microsites. To layout the framework, adjust the design, and complete text edits I use Bootstrap and Sublime editor. Design duties also include creating a range of graphical assets to enhance the visual presentation of each website which consists of banners, icons, and logos. Additionally I am experienced in running quality assurance checks for the lead designer and maintaining websites on Aon's web Server using Cyberduck software.

As a Graphic Artist I'm experienced in creating custom digital print and marketing materials. I'm responsible for the print design and layout of benefit guides, posters, postcards, newsletters, or other print materials. I am accomplished in using Adobe Suite for project creation, which includes Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat.

Aon Resource Center

The Aon Communications Resource Center was created for both Aon's consultants and marketing team to utilize when educating perspective clients about our benefit packages and services. I helped create the website assets using Adobe Illustrator.

Home Page designed to match Aon Brand standards while remaning simple and functional. I helped design the Banner, Logo, and Icons.

The Benefit Solutions page gives a broad overview of what a perspective client would recieve. I helped in creating the banner and the product mockups pictured on the right hand side and the bottom of the page.

Enchanced Package Microsites

Clients that have 5,000 - 10,000 benefit eligible employees receive their own Benefits Enrollment microsite. Each microsite matches the template theme the client chooses for their printed materials to keep a consistent look. The microsites educate employees about their voluntary benefits, how to enroll, provide important documentation and contact information. I helped assist the lead web designer by creating and framework of each website's contents with my knowledge of HTML 5 and CSS3. The websites are mobile responsive and were built with bootstrap in sublime editor. Additionally, I designed the website assets using Adobe Illustrator.

Microsite Example

Below is a microsite I helped create for the client Virginia Hospital Center.

The Hompage was recolored to the company colors while also keeping the Triangle's theme. The page includes clickable tiles and a drop down, navigation menu.

Design Series Delieverables

The Retro Template was a Design Series I created for Aon's VBES Communications Department. The concept for the series was to create a themed template to the style of 50's retro cartoons. I conceptualized, designed, and illustrated the deliverables. Perspective clients can choose The Retro Template for all of their Benefits Enrollment materials.

The Waves Template was a Design Series I created for Aon's Middle Market Communications Department. The original design concept was created by Daniella Tripodi, Aon's VBES Production Designer. As a spin-off of her original design, I helped create a version of her template that catered directly to Middle Market clients. The themed template showcases a sleek and modern design inspired by the shapes, color, and form of the ocean.
